A bit old but using it for reference for my book
Dear family,
I will keep this short and simple as I am tired, but really wanted to get the word out before I head to bed, thank you for reading the entire email. If you are interested in more information I will be posting it on my new blog and you can email me. Please spread the word, it comes from the water you drink everyday, the water that keeps you alive and healthy, the water that loves you.
I have been given very strong messages from the Ocean for a while now, and most recently, months before the recent oil spill, was told loud and clear that the # 1 thing we can do to restore health to our planet is through the water and the oil (the blood of the earth), this has become even more apparent to me over the past 2 weeks. Everything else will be healed and cleaned up as an after affect in an easy gentle way.
In specific I was told that the simple and easy act of saying "I love you" and "thank you" each time you visit the Ocean would have tremendous affects, which would increase as more people did this. I was also told that the message really needed to get out although it seems SO very simple. I sing songs of love and thanks underwater every time I swim in the Ocean. The whole entire earth is literally connected by the Oceans and all water on the planet is connected. Our prayers of love and gratitude sent through the waters on the planet will reach everyone and everything. Water has scientifically been proven to change its crystalline structure based upon our words, thoughts, feelings and intentions. This is an amazing way to connect, love and heal.
Today I sang, danced and twirled in thanks, and prayed for love, health and restoration in the gentle tides of the Ocean and let it spread throughout the planet. This was the first time I ever sang to her partially above water for such a long period of time. So, I was very pleased to have received the forwarded message below from my friend Charmian in the UK when I returned home tonight.
In love always, and dedicated to restoring balance to the blood of our precious earth.

I am not one for hype of any type, either a new spiritual technique, person or of a new supplement that is supposed to be “the" cure all. But a friend of mine gave me some of this last year and it is like instant light entering into your body, so I savor what I have. I think this is similar to the white powder gold that the Andara crystals grow in and emanate.

Mother's Day History
Julia Ward Howe (May 27, 1819 – October 17, 1910) was a prominent American abolitionist, social activist, and poet who saw some of the worst effects of the war -- not only the death and disease which killed and maimed the soldiers. She worked with the widows and orphans of soldiers on both sides of the war, and realized that the effects of the war go beyond the killing of soldiers in battle. She also saw the economic devastation of the Civil War, the economic crises that followed the war, the restructuring of the economies of both North and South.
Distressed by her experience of the realities of war, determined that peace was one of the two most important causes of the world (the other being equality in its many forms) and seeing war arise again in the world in the Franco-Prussian War, she called in 1870 for women to rise up and oppose war in all its forms. She wanted women to come together across national lines, to recognize what we hold in common above what divides us, and commit to finding peaceful resolutions to conflicts. She issued a Declaration, hoping to gather together women in a congress of action.
In 1872, Howe began promoting the idea of a "Mother's Day for Peace" to be celebrated on June 2, honoring peace, motherhood and womanhood. In 1873, women in 18 cities in America held a Mother's Day for Peace gathering. This effort led to the day we now honor as Mother’s Day.
Mother's Day Proclamation - 1870
Arise then...women of this day!
Arise, all women who have hearts!
Whether your baptism be of water or of tears!
Say firmly:
"We will not have questions answered by irrelevant agencies,
Our husbands will not come to us, reeking with carnage,
For caresses and applause.
Our sons shall not be taken from us to unlearn
All that we have been able to teach them of charity, mercy and patience.
We, the women of one country,
Will be too tender of those of another country
To allow our sons to be trained to injure theirs."
From the bosom of a devastated Earth a voice goes up with
Our own. It says: "Disarm! Disarm!
The sword of murder is not the balance of justice."
Blood does not wipe out dishonor,
Nor violence indicate possession.
As men have often forsaken the plough and the anvil
At the summons of war,
Let women now leave all that may be left of home
For a great and earnest day of counsel.
Let them meet first, as women, to bewail and commemorate the dead.
Let them solemnly take counsel with each other as to the means
Whereby the great human family can live in peace...
Each bearing after his own time the sacred impress, not of Caesar,
But of God -
In the name of womanhood and humanity, I earnestly ask
That a general congress of women without limit of nationality,
May be appointed and held at someplace deemed most convenient
And the earliest period consistent with its objects,
To promote the alliance of the different nationalities,
The amicable settlement of international questions,
The great and general interests of peace.
